How We Work
From Idea to Retail-Ready?
From initial inquiry to final delivery, we provide a structured, end-to-end manufacturing solution. Through precise sampling, controlled production, rigorous quality checks, and compliant logistics, we ensure every garment meets your specifications, international standards, and arrives retail-ready, on time.
Starting the Journey
1. Inquiry & Quotation
Every successful project begins with a clear roadmap. To provide an accurate RFQ (Request for Quotation), we analyze your project through these key lenses:
- The Blueprint: Style name, category (Knit/Woven), and target demographic.
- The Technical: Front/back sketches, Measurement Charts, and a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Production Specs: Size & Quantity, GSM/Fabric composition, and specific workmanship or stitching standards.
- Business Terms: Preferred Price Basis (FOB, C&F, CIF) and Logistics requirements.
Visualizing Perfection
2. The Sampling Hierarchy
We don’t move to bulk until you are 100% confident. Our sampling process is rigorous:
- Proto & Fit Samples: To test the initial 3D design and silhouette on live models.
- Salesman Samples (SMS): High-quality units for your sales team to secure retail orders.
- Size Set & PP Samples: Ensuring perfect grading across all sizes. Bulk production only begins after your 100% approval of the Pre-Production (PP) sample.
- Shipment Sample: A final reference from the actual packed goods.
Efficiency in Execution
3. Structured Bulk Production
Our production is divided into three disciplined stages to ensure zero-error transitions:
- Pre-Production: Includes a mandatory PP Meeting with our merchandising and quality teams, material “in-housing” 10-days prior to cutting, and intensive lab testing for shrinkage and color fastness.
- The Core Process: Precision pattern grading and marker making to minimize waste, followed by bundling, assembly-line sewing, and industrial washing (if required).
- Post-Production: The finishing touches—steam pressing, thread trimming, and expert folding—before entering our final logistics flow.
Our Standard: Precision Over Speed
4. Quality Control (QC)
We operate a systematic QC process designed to meet international standards and minimize waste.
- Inline Inspection: Our “Quality Drill” empowers operators to catch errors at the needle point, checking for skipped stitches, puckering, and seam strength in real-time.
- Raw Material Audit: Every roll of fabric and every trim (zippers, buttons, labels) is verified against the approved trim card before it reaches the floor.
5. Final Inspection & Logistics
Before your goods leave the origin country, we conduct a Final Random Inspection once at least 80% of the order is packed.
- AQL 2.5 Standard: We utilize the industry-standard Acceptable Quality Level to determine lot success.
- Tiered Inspection Options: We offer flexibility based on your needs:
_ 1st Party: Our internal expert QA team.
_ 2nd Party: Coordination with your own in-house inspectors.
_ 3rd Party: Seamless cooperation with independent agencies (SGS, ITS, etc.) for unbiased reporting. - Documentation: Full compliance with Commercial Invoices (HS Codes), Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin (GSP) to ensure your import duties are minimized.
